Return Policy
Tech in Devices Inc. attempts to make the client's experience as seamless as possible, from the time of purchase until the time of receipt and installation of any entity. It is possible that something may go wrong despite all of your efforts and that you will need to return the merchandise. Upon consenting to the terms and conditions listed below, please submit an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request on our website.
This paper outlines our policies in the event of any of these circumstances. Please keep in mind that there is a distinction between Business Customers and Individual Consumers. Take a look at the words given below.

- Cancellation Policy:
Customers who desire to cancel an order placed on our website will not be charged if they do so before the item is dispatched by emailing us with the order reference number or PO number in the subject line. Otherwise, a 50% restocking fee will be charged.
If the item has already been shipped, the best advice is to refrain from opening the package when it arrives at its destination. Customers may then arrange for the shipment to be returned to us within 14 days of the products being delivered to their location. To avoid a 50% restocking charge, please ensure that your item is properly re-packaged (ideally in the original outer packing), otherwise a restocking fee of 50% may be levied.
The products must be unopened and in a resalable condition when they are returned to us within fourteen days of the goods being signed for by the client. This includes any accessories, packaging, and other items. You will be responsible for coordinating and paying for the return delivery, and you should make arrangements for insurance against loss or damage to the products while in transit; otherwise, you will be liable for lost goods responsibility.
All purchases sent directly from manufacturers are final sales and are not eligible for cancellation or return.
- Conditions for Refunds that are not defective:
If we agree to accept the return of undesired items for credit at our sole discretion, the Goods must be returned to us within fourteen days after delivery, unless we have previously agreed otherwise in writing. The goods must be unopened, with all of the manufacturer's seals still intact, and in excellent resalable condition in order to qualify for return. All non-faulty returns are subject to a 50 percent restocking fee (depending on the circumstances), unless the item was given improperly by Tech In Devices. Items that were mistakenly supplied must be returned in their original condition, otherwise a restocking fee of 50 percent will be applied.
- Original Conditions:
Accessories, manuals, software, and warranties must be packaged in their original packing and must not be damaged in any way before being sent. Securely repackage the item(s) in the same manner in which they were originally delivered to you.
- Items that are faulty and covered by warranty:
To report a problem, please submit an RMA request by acknowledging and agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below. You will need to provide our order number, the date of purchase, and the serial number of the problematic item in your correspondence with our customer service department. Following confirmation that the malfunctioning device is still covered by warranty, one of our experts will attempt to address your issue over the phone or by remote access. You will be assigned an RMA Number if the problem continues to exist, and you will be required to complete our usual RMA process. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will test it and determine the source of the issue. Unless the item is unable to be fixed, we will send you an identical replacement. Replacement hardware may be either new or equal to new, and it may have the same or similar specifications as the original hardware.
- RMA Procedure:
To report a problem, please submit an RMA request by acknowledging and agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below.
- You will need to provide our order number, the date of purchase, and the serial number of the problematic item in your correspondence with our customer service department. Following confirmation that the malfunctioning device is still covered by warranty, one of our experts will attempt to address your issue over the phone or by remote access.
- Please submit an RMA request after reading and agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below. This is necessary for the return of any object to Tech in Devices, regardless of the cause for the return of the item.
- Items should be returned in the same condition in which they were received. It is also necessary to include any peripherals like as manuals, software and warranties in their original packaging, which should be in good condition.
- Once you have received your RMA number, repackage the products in the same manner in which they were originally sent to you (ideally inside the original outer box). An additional 50 percent restocking fee may be charged if the original packaging has been marked or damaged in any way during shipping.
- Please do not write directly on the original box or packing materials.
- Check to be that the RMA number is prominently displayed on the outside of the package; otherwise, the product will not be accepted.
- Make sure our whole address is clearly visible on the exterior of the box by attaching a label to it.
- The replacement item will be sent back to you within 10 days of receiving and testing the defective item. We will reimburse you for the cost of the replacement item.
- Please keep in mind that any differences between your purchase order and the products obtained must be reported to the vendor within two days of receiving the goods.
- Goods that have been damaged in transit:
If the items are clearly damaged upon reception, it is critical that you sign for them as damaged upon arrival with the courier and then notify us as soon as possible at +1 347 535 1566 or by emailing us at sales@techindevices.com. If you get an item that has been damaged during shipping, please notify us within two working days of receiving it.
The following factors may render the replacement of the hardware ineffective:
- According to the information provided on the RMA form, the item is not defective. The object has been tampered with, or it has been damaged physically. The incorrect programme is being used. If there is any damage to the original packing, Tech in devices Inc. retains the right to levy a 50 percent refund fee if the following occurs: There are certain components or accessories that are missing.
